Course Description
In This Course, Introduces students to the use of computers in several extended areas of product design and manufacturing. These areas include product data management in a sustaining engineering environment; computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) and computer numerical control (CNC) operations and technology; the use of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for industrial control systems; and the use of simulation software for virtual prototyping for Design/Manufacturing/Validation.
Course Objective
